Each summer, internationally successful musicians are travelling to the Rhine to participate at the Chamber Music Festival in the Arp Museum Bahnhof Rolandseck.

The festival, in its current format, is a revival of a summer course tradition that took place from 1982 to 1996 at Bahnhof Rolandseck. During those years, Chaim Taub, former concertmaster of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Bernhard Greenhouse, co-founder of the Beaux Arts Trio, tutored young musicians who were mostly from Israel, while other famous musicians were performing in the festival’s concerts.
